The Community School’s Outdoor Leadership Academy, OLA, is an integral part of student life for 9th through 12th graders. Each year OLA members lead our wonderful trips, plan weekly excursions, and work hard to educate the community on the perks of living a life outside.
This year’s OLA team is full of passionate members new and returning. Coming this weekend, the group will head to the City of Rocks National Reserve in Cassia County. The trip will be full of rock climbing, mountain biking, and spending much needed time in our great, wild playground.
For anyone who has been mulling over whether they want to join the OLA or not, go for it! All application materials are due tonight, so send them in before the clock strikes 12 if you want to join. Additionally, if you don’t want to commit to the club in full but want to join them at the City of Rocks, contact Patrick or Rob to see if there’s a spot for you.
